Returns, Exchanges and Refunds – Finn Comfort Ready-made shoes

If there is a defect in the ready-made shoes supplied by James Taylor & Son (other than an issue of fit, that we cannot guarantee) you have 28 days in which to return them to us for a replacement pair or a full refund.

You may also return the shoes within 14 days of receipt for any reason under the Distance Selling Regulations and obtain a refund on the goods element of the amount paid.  BUT please note that Finn Comfort shoes are obtained by James Taylor & Son specifically on behalf of individual customers, and this “procurement service” element of each Finn Comfort footwear order is valued at £70 per pair.  This is refundable only up to 14 days after our receipt of your order (not your receipt of the goods).  In practice this means that refunds offered after receipt of goods that are not defective will typically be £70 less than the amount paid, reflecting our costs incurred in providing the service.

In all cases, all shoes returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and undamaged.  We recommend you try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles.  They must also be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in all respects be fit for re-sale.
To return your shoes please send them to Returns Department, James Taylor & Son, 4 Paddington St, London W1U 5QE with your full contact details.

Please note that custom orthotics are bespoke items and are returnable only for adjustment.
